Requirements for Foreign Employer in Hiring Filipinos

Before any Foreign Principal can hire Filipino workers for their overseas jobs must secure the following documents:

1. Standard Employment Contract
2. Manpower Request
3. Special Power of Attorney
4. Recruitment Agreement
5. Commercial Business Registration
6. Copy of Passport ID of the Authorized Signatory
7. Visa
